Ky-ManiHis third album, untitled, is nearly complete, Ky-mani definitely is a celebrity for himself. Ky-mani is a native of Falmouth, Jamaica, to Robert Nesta Marley, a legend, and Jamaican champion at table tennis, Anita Belnavis. East African word Ky-mani means "adventurous traveler". As a person who lives up to his moniker, every album and trip is an journey of a lifetime. The musical journey started in 1999 with The Journey. The artist was a multifaceted one who sought his musical niche. The year 2001 saw the release of Many More Roads (Grammy-nominated) A "traditional" reggae record was out, which revealed a more mature Ky-mani. The Journey as well as Many More Roads were well received worldwide, thus solidifying Ky-mani's position as an individual "artist". Ky-Mani's musical style is one of reggae roots, layered with hip-hop, R&B along with contemporary jazz.
