Colleen Ballinger

Colleen Mae (born on 21 November in 1986), is an American comedian from America. She is also a YouTuber, actress , and singer. Her Internet character Miranda Sings is her most well-known. She has posted videos featuring her character on YouTube and performed her one-woman comedy act in theatres around all over the world. In 2016, she created and appeared in Haters Back Off, a Netflix original series about the character. Ballinger invented the comically untalented persona, egotistical and bizarre to mock the thousands of YouTube videos featuring people singing poorly in the hope of breaking into the show business and yet are ignorant of their lack of talent.Ballinger also has comedy and lifestyle videos on her own YouTube channel and a vlog channel, Colleen Vlogs. Together her YouTube channels have garnered over 5 billion viewers. Miranda Sings has over 10 million subscribers and has 6 million Instagram followers. Ballinger received a Teen Choice Award in "Web Star: Humor" and an Streamy Award in Best Actress. 4 The Hollywood Reporter selected her as one of its Top 25 Digital Stars, and she was ranked as No. Forbes magazine's 2017 list ranked her fifth among the top entertainment influencers. Ballinger has appeared as an actress and singer in theatre, television, recordings and web series. She was a guest on on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee With Jerry Seinfeld (2014) and appeared in Escape the Night (2018)-2019. Selp-Helf (2015) as well as My Diarrhe (2018) were also top-selling books written by Ballinger using Miranda's voice. Erik Stocklin is her husband. Ballinger first moved to New York City to pursue performing opportunities. She returned to California in 2012 only to find that she could not maximize her YouTube audience if she didn't collaborate with YouTubers from Los Angeles. In July of 2015, following many years of being together, Ballinger and Joshua Evans tied the knot in California. In two separate YouTube videos, Evans and Ballinger announced their divorce in September 2016.
